Happy Happy 12th Birthday CLAYTON!

Clayton's Presents!

 New Church Clothes!

 His favorite gift, Money :)
Double layer, Triple Chocolate Cake!
 Happy Birthday!
Clayton had 3 days worth of celebrating,
and got pretty spoiled if you ask me.
Friday May 20th was actually Claytons
Birthday and he wanted to go to Scout Camp,
which tookplace on his birthday.
So we let him go, he had a great time
down in Canyonlands national park
with the Boy Scouts.
They Made him a cobbler and sang
 Happy Birthday to him
while they were there too!

Then on Saturday May 21st.
My Dad, My step Mom Jane
and Step Brother Scott came down
to help us Celebrate.
Because Clayton was turning 12,
he was going to be getting
the Priesthood on Sunday and they all
wanted to be there.
We did a big dinner at our house
saturday night, With
some of Erins family,
My family and we all sang
Happy Birthday to Clayton
and had cake and Ice-cream after!
Clayton "Loves" chocolate,
so he wanted an all chocolate cake.
It was a double layer fudge cake,
with fudge frosting, and
real hershey bars, sprinkled on top
and I added a few hershey
pieces on over the cake for good messure:)
It was delicious!

Sunday May 22nd! Clayton recieved the Priesthood.
Erin did and amazing job on the ordination. Jane and
I were crying. It was a pretty spiritual experience. It's still
unbelievable to me how fast my children are growing up.
But, I'm so proud of them and the choices they are making.
We did another dinner at my house after church as well!
Everyone gave him money for his Birthday this year, and he
couldn't be happier. Now he can buy what he really wants!

Here's a few pictures Clayton took on his Scout
Camping trip to Canyonlands! He took 127  pictures,
so this is just a few of them :)

He thought this was pretty funny!
 Sitt'in around the camp fire!
 Amazing Views of Canyonlands.

Way to go Clayton!

Brenden's 4th grade play!

Brenden was a tourist in the 4th grade play, he did a great job!
The whole 4th great did a great job on thier
play about Utah. The sang several songs,  one about
the counties, the railroad and some about pioneers and each
had a part in the play! I would have added video, but
yet again they are way too large and I don't know
how to change that on my camera! I can't believe
the school is nearly over.

 Brenden is doing very well
in school right now! He's at 5.1 grade level
and ready for 5th grade next year.
He has made great strides this year
and I attribute that to his amazing teacher.
Goes to show what a Good teacher can do!

It's a Baby~Chick!

This is our Broody Hen, she's been sitting on the eggs
21 days today! She hatched her first chick today!
I'm hoping that atleast one more of these eggs hatch.
This is my first experience letting a hen hatch
her own eggs, and I'm so excited and nervous
at the same time!
