This is the house, in Lyman! It's 5 bedrooms, 3 bath with 2544 square feet on .95 of an acre. It's a Diamond in the rough! With the home loan they are giving us extra to do carpeting, tile, a stove and dishwasher. We plan on doing alot of painting on the interior and exterior.
The closing day is July 14th! The process of buying a home for us has been a huge challenge and more stress then I could handle at times, but we are very excited and are happy to finally be home-owners! I will post more pics once we move in and have the tile and carpeting done!

Wow how exciting for you all! Congrats! the house looks cool. Is that a well in the front too? Buying a home is stressful but so worth it in the end.
Hi Jen, we are very excited! It's not an actual well, more like a flower pot, it's got dirt in it..lol! Over all It's all been worth it!
